Dealership Facilitator

Madera, CA

The Dealership Facilitator is responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment while ensuring the smooth operation of dealership facilities. This role combines custodial duties with operational support, including facilitating showroom setups, customer events, and day-to-day dealership activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dealership’s facilities, including showrooms, offices, service areas, and restrooms.
  • Set up and take down displays, furniture, or equipment for events, promotions, or routine operations.
  • Assist with groundskeeping duties.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or maintenance services.
  • Maintain an inventory of equipment, and supplies, report needs for restocking.
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all workplace health and safety regulations.


Qualifications

Required:

  • Ability to operate tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks.
